Who is “Drew Buys Land”?

  • We are a privately held Real Estate Investing Company.  We are not a large company or hedge fund, and are not a middle man.  You are dealing directly with the owners of the company who are interested in purchasing your property.

 

Why did I receive an offer in the mail on my property?

  • If you received an offer from us, it’s because you own property in an area where we are actively interested in purchasing property to add to our real estate portfolio.

 

How did you come up with the offer price for me?

  • The offer price you received from us is a personal offer for your specific property.  We aim to keep our operating costs as low as possible so that we can offer you a top dollar offer that is in alignment with our business model.

 

What if I have unpaid property taxes on my property?

  • NO PROBLEM.  We pay 100% of closing costs, to include property taxes.  We will take care of paying off any taxes owed after we purchase your property and pay you first.  The offer price we give you is the exact amount you can expect to be paid with NO HIDDEN COSTS.

 

What is required from me after accept the offer?

  • After you accept your offer and sign a purchase agreement, we’ll begin our due diligence process and prepare closing paperwork.  We will walk you through every step of the closing process, and let you know exactly what is needed from you for closing.

 

What if I do not have access to the current Deed?

  • NOT A PROBLEM! – we will prepare a new Deed for free, and will work with county to obtain the required information for the paperwork.  Of course, any paperwork you can share with us will help to expedite the closing process, but is absolutely not necessary.

 

Do I have to be local for closing?

  • ABSOLUTELY NOT!  We can close remotely, and will handle all logistics of the closing process for you.

 

How quickly will I get paid?

  • Our goal is to make the closing process as quick and as simple for you as possible.  You can expect to receive payment for your property in about TWO WEEKS, however, it is possible to close in as little as ONE WEEK!

 

What will you do with my property?

  • Your property will be added to our real estate portfolio.  Some properties will be sold to others interested in making land ownership a reality, and some will be held as longer term investments for our company.
